In this series, insha Allah, I will be putting up some notes on Tafseer al Jalalayn taken from my classes with Mufti Yusuf Mullan. These notes, like others on my blog, will be in raw student-note format because it will otherwise be very time-consuming to write them in article format trying to explain everything in detail. However, the intent is to provide some brief, but useful, notes to students studying the tafseer, so some background familiarity with the tafseer is assumed. If you need any clarification on anything, please feel free to leave a comment and I’ll try to respond insha Allah.
Like in the Mukhtasar al-Ma’ani series, I would once again recommend checking out Shari’ah Program if you intend to learn Classical Arabic: www.shariahprogram.ca
